1. Payment method

We accept payment via TT or LC. Normally, it is 30% TT as a deposit, and the balance should be paid before shipment. As for the LC, we accept sight LC, 30 days LC, 60 days LC, and 90 days LC.

2. Production period

From the time we receive your deposit or LC, it will take about 45 days to produce the trucks, and about 35 days for machinery. For Africa, South America, and shipment takes about 40 days. For Asia and Southeast Asia countries，shipment takes about 2 weeks.

3. Fuel consumption of trucks

For Sinotruk trucks, the normal oil consumption is about 35L/100Km, which depends on the actual loading situation. It will consume more when the truck is heavily loaded or on slopes.

4. Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of your B/L.or 60,000Km, whichever comes first.

5. Stocked trucks or machinery

If you need stock trucks, please let us know your detailed requirements, such as the model year, payload, etc. We will check our stock system to see if we have trucks or machinery that meet your needs. However, stock availability is not guaranteed.

6. Factory location

Our Sinotruk factory is located in Jinan city, Shandong Province.  It is a 1.5-hour high-speed train ride from Beijing, a 2.5-hour flight from Guangzhou, and a 4-hour high-speed train ride from Shanghai.
